User Agreement

Please be sure to carefully read and understand all rights and restrictions stipulated in this User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). Unless you accept the terms of this Agreement, you have no right to register, log in or use the related services covered by this Agreement. This Agreement is a legal agreement between the user and the ULike Cam.

1. Service Content

1.1 ULike Cam is the owner and operator of the app, and provides Internet and mobile Internet-based related services (hereinafter referred to as network services) in full accordance with its published terms of service and operating rules. The specific content of the network service is provided by ULike Cam according to the actual situation.

1.2 The user understands and accepts that the ULike Camera only provides related network services, in addition to equipment related to related network services (such as personal computers, mobile phones, and other devices related to access to the Internet or mobile Internet) and the required Expenses (such as telephone charges and Internet access charges paid for accessing the Internet, and mobile phone charges paid for using the mobile network) shall be borne by the user.

2. User Terms of Use

2.1 When applying for the use of the ULike Cam network service, the user must provide the ULike Cam with accurate personal information. If there is any change in the personal information, it must be updated in time. All consequences arising from inaccurate and untrue personal information provided by the user shall be borne by the user.

2.2 Users should not transfer, lend or use their account numbers and passwords for others to use in any form beyond the user's control. If the user finds that his account has been illegally used by others, he should notify immediately. The ULike Camera does not assume any responsibility for the illegal use of the account and password by others due to hacking or the user's negligence in custody.

2.3 The user shall be responsible for all actions under his registered account, and ULike Cam shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the user or any other third party caused by the user's actions.

2.4 The user understands and accepts that the services provided by the ULike Camera may include advertisements, and the user agrees to display advertisements provided by the ULike Camera and third-party suppliers and partners during use.

2.5 In the process of using the ULike Camera network service, the user must follow the following principles:

2.5.1 Comply with relevant Chinese laws and regulations;

2.5.2 Comply with all network protocols, regulations and procedures related to network services;

2.5.3 Not to use the network service system for any illegal purpose;

2.5.4 Do not use the ULike Camera network service system to conduct any behavior that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet or mobile network;

2.5.5 Not to upload, display or disseminate any false, harassing, slanderous, abusive, threatening, vulgar and obscene or any other illegal information by using the network services provided by the ULike Camera;

2.5.6 Not to infringe the patent rights, copyrights, trademark rights, reputation rights or any other legal rights of ULike Cameras and any other third party;

2.5.7 Do not use the ULike Camera network service system to conduct any actions that are unfavorable to the ULike Camera;

2.5.8 If any illegal use of the user account or any security breach in the account is found, the ULike Camera shall be notified immediately.

2.6 If the user violates any of the above provisions when using the network service, the ULike Camera or its authorized person has the right to require the user to correct or directly take all necessary measures (including but not limited to changing or deleting the content of the user's favorites, suspending or terminating the user's rights to use web services) to mitigate the effects of user misconduct.

3. Service Change, Interruption or Termination

3.1 In view of the particularity of network services, the user agrees that ULike Cam has the right to change, interrupt or terminate part or all of the network services at any time according to the business development without notifying the user, nor assuming any responsibility to any user or any third party;

3.2 The user understands that the ULike Camera needs to repair or maintain the platform (such as Internet website, mobile network, etc.) or related equipment that provides network services on a regular or irregular basis, such as interruption of network services within a reasonable time due to such circumstances. , ULike Cameras are not responsible for this, but ULike Cameras should be notified in advance as much as possible.

3.3 In the event of any of the following circumstances, ULike Cam has the right to interrupt or terminate the provision of network services (including paid network services) under this Agreement to the user at any time without assuming any responsibility to the user or any third party:

3.3.1 The personal data provided by the user is untrue;

3.3.2 The user violates the rules of use stipulated in this Agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Any text, pictures, graphics, audio and/or video materials contained in the provided network services are protected by copyright, trademark and/or other property ownership laws. Without the consent of the relevant rights holders, the above materials shall not be used for any commercial purposes.

4.2 All rights to any software used for providing network services (including but not limited to any images, photos, animations, videos, audio recordings, music, texts, additional programs, and accompanying help materials contained in the software) belong to The copyright owner of the software, without the permission of the copyright owner of the software, the user shall not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software.

5. Privacy Protection

5.1 Protecting user privacy is a basic policy of ULike Cam. ULike Cam promises not to disclose or provide third parties with the registration information of a single user and the non-public content stored in ULike Cam when users use network services, except in the following cases:

5.1.1 Obtain the explicit authorization of the user in advance;

5.1.2 According to relevant laws and regulations;

5.1.3 In accordance with the requirements of the relevant government authorities;

5.1.4 In order to safeguard the interests of the public;

5.1.5 To safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of ULike Cam.

5.2 ULike Cam may cooperate with a third party to provide relevant network services to users. In this case, if the third party agrees to assume the same responsibility for protecting user privacy as ULike Cam, ULike Cam has the right to transfer the user's registration information, etc. provided to the third party.

5.3 On the premise of not disclosing the private information of a single user, ULike Cam has the right to analyze the entire user database and make commercial use of the user database.

5.4 ULike Cam has formulated the following four privacy protection principles to guide us how to deal with issues related to user privacy and user information in our products:

(1) Use the information we collect to provide users with valuable products and services.

(2) Develop products that comply with privacy standards and privacy practices.

(3) Make the collection of personal information transparent and supervised by an authoritative third party.

(4) Do our best to protect the information we hold.

6. Disclaimer

6.1 ULike Cam does not guarantee that the network service will meet the user's requirements, nor does it guarantee that the network service will not be interrupted, nor does it guarantee the timeliness, security and accuracy of the network service.

6.2 ULike Cam does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of external links set up for the convenience of users, and at the same time, ULike Cam does not assume any responsibility for the content of any web pages pointed to by such external links that are not actually controlled by ULike Cam.

6.3 ULike Cam does not assume any responsibility for losses caused by telecommunication system or Internet network failure, computer failure or virus, information damage or loss, computer system problem or any other force majeure reason, but will try its best to reduce the loss caused to the user. and influence.

7. Legal and Dispute Resolution

7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

7.2 Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall be settled through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party may submit the relevant dispute to the Nanjing Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its then effective arbitration rules; the arbitration award It is final and binding on all parties.

8. Other terms

8.1 If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason in whole or in part, or violates any applicable law, that provision shall be deemed deleted, but the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding force.

8.2 ULike Cam reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time in accordance with changes in relevant laws and regulations, as well as adjustments to the company's operating conditions and business strategies, without the need to separately notify the user. Users can browse the latest terms of service agreement through the app at any time. In the event of a relevant dispute, the latest agreement text shall prevail. If you do not agree with the modification made by the ULike Camera to the relevant terms of this agreement, the user has the right to stop using the app service. If the user continues to use the app service, it is deemed that the user accepts the modification made by the ULike Camera to the relevant terms of this agreement.

8.3 ULike Cam has the right to interpret and modify this agreement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
